1. Scope of Services: BreezeClean specializes in providing professional cleaning and hygienic services exclusively for air conditioning systems. Our services include the thorough cleaning and sanitization of HVAC components to improve indoor air quality and system efficiency. Please note that we do not offer repair or maintenance services for air conditioning systems.
2. Service Limitations: While we strive to provide comprehensive cleaning and sanitization for air conditioning systems, our services are limited to cleaning and hygienic treatments only. We do not perform repairs, replacements, or maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment. Any issues requiring repair or maintenance should be addressed by a qualified HVAC technician or service provider.
3. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their air conditioning system is in good working condition prior to scheduling cleaning services with BreezeClean. We do not assume liability for any pre-existing issues or damages to the system that may affect our ability to perform cleaning services effectively.
4. Service Guarantee: BreezeClean is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning and hygienic services for air conditioning systems. However, due to the nature of HVAC systems and potential variations in cleanliness levels, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all contaminants or allergens. Our goal is to improve indoor air quality and system performance to the best of our ability.
5. Payment Terms: Payment for BreezeClean services is due upon completion of the cleaning appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Invoices will be provided upon request.
6. Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. BreezeClean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather.
7. Liability Waiver: While BreezeClean takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our technicians and customers during cleaning appointments, we cannot be held liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur on the customer’s property. Customers are encouraged to remove any obstacles or hazards that may impede the cleaning process.
8. Privacy Policy: BreezeClean respects the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any personal or confidential information obtained during the course of providing services, except as required by law or with the customer’s consent.
